CUSTOM DESIGNS

Custom Designs and Reproductions: Spanish Pueblo Doors will craft custom door designs in addition to the numerous standard designs shown in our catalog. Since each door or Entry is custom built to individual specifications, the possibilities for unique adaptations are numerous. Our product line compliments a variety of architectural styles. We also produce custom designs and reproductions to drawings or photographs provided by architects, contractors, or individual homeowners.


CUSTOM ARCHED DOORS

Most Spanish Pueblo Doors patterns can be designed as arched top doors. You may choose either Full Arched Top or Flat Arch Top designs. Full Arch Top doors feature a standard half radius of the door width. Flat Arch Top doors typically are designed with an arch radius equal to the door width. However, Flat Arch designs with specific radius arched are available when our designers are provided with specifications for either the specific Arch Radius or Springline of the arch. Custom Quotes and scale drawings will be provided upon request.

CUSTOM OPTIONS

Non Standard Sizes: Any Spanish Pueblo Door may be crafted in any practical size to meet your specific requirements. Oversize doors have warranty limitations depending on the size. Our sales staff will provide custom size door quotes upon request.

Oversize Door Pricing: Oversized doors are priced generally proportionately to a standard 3/0 x 6/8 x 1-3/4” door. Pricing increases for typical oversize door are listed below. Custom size door quotes are available upon request.
      Increasing door height to 7/0 add 5%
      Increasing door height to 8/0 add 20%
      Increasing door width to 3/6 add 15%

Increasing Door Thickness to 2-1/4”: Any Spanish Pueblo Door may be crafted at 2-1/4” thickness. It is also recommended that Exterior Doors over 3/6 x 7/0 be built at 2-1/4” thickness. Pricing increases for 2-1/4” thick doors are listed below. Custom quotes are available upon request.
      Knotty Pine, Knotty Alder, Select Alder, Wormy Maple. add 45%
      Spanish Cedar, African Mahogany, CVG Fir. add 60%
      Select Pine, Red Oak add 75%

Dutch Doors and Double Doors: To custom build a standard door size in 2 sections such as in a Dutch Door (two sections top and bottom) or a Double Door (two sections side by side) add 20%.
